Return & Refund Policy

At BIL MHE (a unit of Bharathi Enterprises), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Returns & Replacements

  • Products are eligible for return/replacement only if:

    • They are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

    • They are reported within [7 days] of delivery.

  • To request a return, please contact us at [info@bilmhe.com] with your order number, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or replacement, such as:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation.

  • Products without original packaging or invoice.

3. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated through the same payment gateway. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (details to be provided by customer).

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
